The day before Valentine’s Day was very busy with gluten free heart shaped cookies, flourless chocolate tortes and sweet cupcakes flying out the door! I hope all of your gluten free treats were a hit with your loves (or yourself)

Love is something that needs to be nurtured and not taken for granted. The same goes for the offerings here at New Cascadia Traditional. We want to offer new, tasty treats for you, so we are always working on new recipes. As a result of those efforts, we now have BAGELS (and flavored cream cheese-some vegan as well), yes, BAGELS!

They are really good and taste like the real thing. They have been pretty popular and are available in: everything, sesame, cinnamon raisin and salt. They are dairy and egg free as well.

Have you been in for pizza yet? We have pizzas every day starting at 11:00 am-until they run out. Eat them here or take them home.
