Calling all BBQ’ers! Attention attention!! We now make gluten-free hot dog buns!! Hallelujah!

Our new breads debuted last week in the bakery and at New Seasons Markets!

These breads are naturally leavened, allowing for greater flavor development and a more stable shelf life.

Our three new breads: Farmhouse Sandwich, Rustic Italian, and Hot Dog Buns.

Farmhouse Sandwich Bread: A naturally leavened gluten-free sandwich bread. The light, open, tender crumb belies the fact that this bread is mostly whole grain. Perfect for sandwiches or toast.

Ingredients: water, natural starter(millet flour, water), brown rice flour, millet flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, salt

Our Farmhouse loaf comes pre-sliced for $6.80/loaf, and is baked fresh daily.

 

Rustic Italian: Based on the classic Italian Pugliese bread, ours is naturally leavened. It rises slowly for many hours, developing flavor and a soft open crumb. It is then baked to perfection giving it a crunchy crust.

Ingredients: water, natural starter(millet flour, water), brown rice flour, millet flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, salt

Our Rustic Italian comes unsliced for $6.30/loaf, baked fresh daily.

 

Hot Dog Buns: These hand-made versatile buns can be used for hot dogs, sausages, and for a sub-style sandwich. They are naturally leavened for enhanced flavor.

Ingredients: water, natural starter(millet flour, water), brown rice flour, millet flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, salt

Hot Dog Buns are available for walk in customers and special orders on Fridays. Sold individually for $1.50 each or in a 4-pack for $5.70.
