We serve brunch every Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM. Our unique brunch menu* is only available on Sundays. In addition to the below selection, we also offer a selection of our daily breads. Stop by for some delicious breakfast!

We currently accept special orders for all of our products on Sundays. Please note: we need 72-hour notice for any special order, and we cannot hold items for our customers over the phone on the day of.

New Cascadia Traditional is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and retail cafe. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at our RETAIL CAFE: eggs, milk, coconut, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Our breads  are baked at our WHOLESALE BAKERY facility where products are made on shared equipment with hazelnuts, and we take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination.
