Brunch

We serve brunch every Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM. In addition to the menu below, we offer a selection of our daily breads & pastries. Swing by for some delicious breakfast!

*Sunday menu is limited to brunch items and selected breads; lunch menu is not available. No reservations, first come first serve.

We do not hold items for customers over the phone, we are strict first come first serve. However, we are happy to accept special orders & hold items for customers with a minimum three-days notice.

SUNDAY BRUNCH MENU

Rustic Italian French Toast Dunkers: $9.50. Our Rustic Italian loaf sliced into dip-able pieces, topped with a sweet orange glaze, whipped cream and powdered sugar. Served with maple syrup and sweet cream butter. 

Lox Bagel $7.50 Bagel of choice with cream cheese or vegan cream cheese (Tofutti). Served with red onion & capers.

Bagel Sandwich $7.00 Plain, Sesame, Poppy, or Everything bagel. Served with aioli, egg patty, greens, tomato, cheese. Add bacon +$2.50

Biscuit Sandwich $8.00 Buttermilk biscuit or cheddar chive biscuit +$.25. Served with aioli, egg patty, greens, tomato, cheese. Add bacon +$2.50

Boiled Bagels $2/each, $24/baker’s dozen.  Plain, Sesame, Poppy, Everything(sesame, poppy, onion)

Toast $1/slice Honey Gold  or Cinnamon Raisin

PASTRIES

Our pastry case on Sundays includes all of our daily rotation of pastries, with the exception of cupcakes. Find assorted cookies, muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls, & more.

New Cascadia Traditional is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and retail cafe. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at our RETAIL CAFE: eggs, milk, coconut, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Our breads  are baked at our WHOLESALE BAKERY facility where products are made on shared equipment with hazelnuts, and we take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination.
