Special occasion cakes are available by calling the bakery with 48 hours notice (during busy times we may have to close cake orders earlier than 48 hours in advance). We offer a variety of cakes and cupcakes in a range of sizes and flavors that are sure to make any event memorable .

DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE BAKERY
New Cascadia Traditional ™ is a dedicated gluten-free bakery located in Portland, OR. We specialize in hand crafted artisan breads, pastries, cakes, pies and cookies. We verify and source our ingredients to ensure that they are safe for those with Celiac Disease or who are gluten intolerant.
Our gluten-free bakery also serves a rotating lunch menu, including our famous gluten-free pizzas and salad.
Our retail location is in SE Portland at 1700 SE 6th Avenue Portland, OR 97214-3525. We can also be found at the Portland Farmers Market, New Seasons Markets and an ever growing list of cafes and restaurants.

Do you have any gluten/casein and soy free items?
Hi, Yes, most of our breads are vegan (egg, dairy free) and all are soy free. We have some other sweet items that are also dairy free/soy free as well. Everything we make is gluten free as we are a Dedicated Gluten Free bakery.

We sell both vegan (dairy and egg free) cupcakes and non-vegan cupcakes. I do not know which cupcake you ordered, sorry.

Hi – my mom and dad brought me to the Saturday Farmer’s market a couple of years ago on a trip from LA to Portland. Anyway I had the best chocolate cupcake from New Cascadia I ever had in my life. It had a chocolate truffle frosting and it was soooo good!! Do you offer mail order as an option, please say yes. Thanks!
