We offer a variety of gluten-free cakes, available for special order with three days (72 hours) notice prior to pick up date*. Our cakes are available in a range of sizes and flavors that are sure to make any event memorable!
*Special Orders available for pick-up Monday through Sunday. During busy times we may have to close cake orders without notice, so order early! We also close cake orders during the week of ALL major holidays or special events. Thank you for your understanding and for planning ahead! 😉
Psst! Here’s the fine print-nitty gritty-rules stuff about ordering. Special Order Cancellation Policy is as follows: We require 24 hours notice to cancel a special order. Any order cancelled with 24 hours (or more) notice will receive a full refund. Any order that is cancelled with less than 24-hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund. If an order is not picked up and notice of cancellation is not given, the purchase price will not be refunded. Thank you.

We offer a rotating selection of cupcakes in the café, including our signature chocolate and vanilla cupcakes (regular or vegan!) as well as specialty flavors that change monthly.
Cupcakes are available for special order with a minimum of 6 per flavor. Mini cupcakes also available with a minimum of 12 per flavor.

New Cascadia Traditional is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and retail cafe. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at our RETAIL CAFE: eggs, milk, coconut, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Our breads are baked at our WHOLESALE BAKERY facility where products are made on shared equipment with hazelnuts, and we take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination.
