The following cakes are available for special order with a minimum of 72 hours advance notice. To place an order, please come by the café or call us at 503.546.4901 (no email/voicemail orders, please). Payment is captured upon order placement to secure your order.

Prices include simple inscription. Special decorations (flowers, hand drawings etc) will incur additional fee determined by our pastry team.

Seasonal Flavors rotate quarterly, with a focus on seasonal ingredients!

Fall Vegan Seasonal Flavor: Triple Chocolate. Flavor available September 4th-November 30th only. Chocolate cake, vegan chocolate pastry cream, chocolate buttercream topped with ganache. 

Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese ButtercreamFlavor available September 4th-November 30th only. This is the only cake flavor that CANNOT be made vegan**

Mocha Chocolate espresso cake with a creamy mocha filling and icing

Champagne Layers of Prosecco infused cake filled and topped with a champagne buttercream icing

Vanilla Latte An espresso swirled vanilla cake with vanilla bean icing ♥ 

Black and White Marbled layers of chocolate and vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream icing and topped with our rich chocolate ganache.
Carrot Cake Traditional (no raisins) spiced carrot cake. Comes standard with cream cheese buttercream for regular carrot cake & vegan vanilla icing for vegan carrot cake. 

Jam Cake Our moist vanilla or decadent chocolate cake filled with seasonal jam and topped with vanilla or chocolate buttercream icing

Classic Cake Our moist vanilla or decadent chocolate cake filled and iced with your choice of chocolate or vanilla buttercream icing

Celebration Style Either our classic chocolate cake or classic vanilla cake with vanilla or chocolate buttercream. The outside covered in colorful sprinkles to give your celebration that extra pop! Option for layer filling (+$5): ganache, raspberry jam, pastry cream, lemon curd, or cream cheese. 

All our cakes listed above can be made vegan (except the current non-vegan seasonal flavor). Make sure to include this information for our staff when placing your order.

We require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice for all orders. During busy times we may close cake orders earlier than 72 hours in advance, so please order as early as possible.

Please call the bakery during business hours to place your order. If we cannot answer the phone, please leave a message with your name, phone number, & brief special order request, and we will return your phone call as soon as we can.

 

New Cascadia Traditional is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and retail cafe. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at our RETAIL CAFE: eggs, milk, coconut, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
