The following cakes are available for special order with a minimum of 72 hours advance notice. To place an order, please come by the café or call us at 503.546.4901 (no email/voicemail orders, please). Payment is captured upon order placement to secure your order.

Prices include simple inscription. Special decorations (flowers, hand drawings etc) will incur additional fee determined by our pastry team.
6″ triple layer, serves up to 8 | $40
8″ triple layer, serves up to 12 | $50
10″ triple layer, serves up to 24 | $80
12″ triple layer, serves up to 32 | $100
1/4 Sheet Cake (double layer), serves up to 24 | $65
1/2 Sheet (double layer), serves up to 48 | $90

*Champagne, Black and White, Vanilla Latte, Mocha, Carrot, Celebration, and Seasonal Cakes: add $5 to standard pricing listed above

*Preserves, Ganache, Lemon Curd Filling +$5. Can ONLY be added to a classic vanilla cake or classic chocolate cake. 



The Seasonal Flavors rotate quarterly, with a focus on seasonal ingredients!

Seasonal: Banoffee (Banana & Toffee). This cake cannot be made vegan. Flavor available March 1st-May 31st only.

A subtle banana cake with toffee filled layers. Topped with a vanilla bean buttercream and decorated with chocolate shavings and chocolate cigars.

Vegan Seasonal: Vegan Cinnamon Chip with Caramel. Flavor available March 1st-May 31st only.

A cinnamon chip cake base, topped with vanilla frosting and drizzled with our house made vegan caramel sauce.

Celebration Cake! Vanilla cake frosted with vanilla buttercream between the layers and on the outside, then coated with pastel sprinkles for a festive effect. ♥Mocha Chocolate espresso cake with a creamy mocha filling and icing

Champagne Layers of Prosecco infused cake filled and topped with a champagne buttercream icing

Vanilla Latte An espresso swirled vanilla cake with vanilla bean icing ♥ 

Black and White Marbled layers of chocolate and vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream icing and topped with our rich chocolate ganache.

****Special note with our Black and White Cake: chocolate ganache is decorated differently for our triple layer cakes versus our sheet cakes. See photos below!!****


Carrot Cake Traditional (no raisins) spiced vegan carrot cake and iced with vegan vanilla icing or traditional cream cheese icing


Jam Cake Our moist vanilla or decadent chocolate cake filled with seasonal jam and topped with vanilla or chocolate buttercream icing


Classic Cake Our moist vanilla or decadent chocolate cake filled and iced with your choice of chocolate or vanilla buttercream icing


All of the cakes listed above can also be made vegan (except the current non-vegan seasonal flavor). Make sure to include this information for our staff when placing your order.

We require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice for all orders. During busy times we may close cake orders earlier than 72 hours in advance, so please order as early as possible.

Please call the bakery during business hours to place your order. We are unable to accept email or voice mail orders at this time.


New Cascadia Traditional is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and retail cafe. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at our RETAIL CAFE: eggs, milk, coconut, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
