New Cascadia Traditional® is a first come/first serve bakery. This means we cannot put any products on hold—no matter the circumstances. Why do we have this policy? Primarily because if we held products as often as we were asked, we would have nothing to sell our customers who come into the café!
That said, we are more than happy to take advance special orders. Just call or come by the café to place your order, and we’ll be happy to fulfill your requests as best we can (no voicemail/email orders, please!). All cake, bagel, pastry, cupcake, pie, and bread orders require 72 hour notice. Want to order a single sesame bagel? How about 24? You got it. We simply require advance payment and your order will be waiting here for you when you come to pick it up. Easy as pie.

Psst! Here’s the fine print-nitty gritty-rules stuff about ordering. Special Order Cancellation Policy is as follows: We require 24 hours notice to cancel a special order. Any order cancelled with 24 hours (or more) notice will receive a full refund. Any order that is cancelled with less than 24-hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund. If an order is not picked up and notice of cancellation is not given, the purchase price will not be refunded. Thank you.
We often get asked to ship items to people all across the country (and beyond) and it humbles us to know we have such a widespread and enthusiastic audience. However, we do not offer a shipping option for our products at this time.
