Seeded Bread
Similar to the traditional German bread Vollkornbrot, except ours is gluten free and made primarily with dark teff. It is nut free but loaded with 6 different types of seeds; golden flax, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin, light and dark sesame seeds. vegan
Cranberry Raisin Walnut Bread
Another variation of a traditional German bread. Our version is topped with rolled quinoa instead of rolled oats. We use the same teff flour blend as in the seeded bread and add cranberries and raisins to give a delicate hint of sweetness. vegan
Pizza Crust
Ah, pizza, beautiful pizza! Perhaps no other food is missed more by the gluten intolerant crowd. Our crust is a work of art and parbaked for you to finish at home with your favorite toppings.
Foccacia
Seasoned with fresh herbs, garlic, olive oil, and a variety of seasonal vegetables, this flatbread is great on its own or as a flavorful sandwich bread. May contain cheese.
Galette
