DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE BAKERY
New Cascadia Traditional ™ is a dedicated gluten-free bakery located in Portland, OR. We specialize in hand crafted artisan breads, pastries, cakes, pies and cookies. We verify and source our ingredients to ensure that they are safe for those with Celiac Disease or who are gluten intolerant. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at this facility: eggs, milk, coconut, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Our gluten-free bakery also serves a rotating lunch menu, including our famous gluten-free pizzas and salads. Lunch is served Monday-Saturday, from 11am-2pm. After lunch hours, our bakery remains open from 2pm until closing, offering bread, pastry, and coffee items.
Our retail location is in SE Portland at 1700 SE 6th Avenue Portland, OR 97214-3525. We can also be found at the Portland Farmers Market on Saturdays, New Seasons Markets, Whole Foods Markets, Food Front, Market of Choice, Fred Meyer on Burnside, and an ever growing list of cafes and restaurants.
