We use Certified Gluten Free Oats in this traditional cookie. It’s chewy, oatmeal goodness.

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie

    Your company was actually featured on our local news in Memphis, Tennessee last night. I was excited to think there was a fresh bakery located close. Have you expanded or are you selling your products in local stores? Oregon is a bit far to drive for a loaf of bread, one of the thing I have craved every since I was diagnosed with Celiac disease 7 years ago. I hope you can help me with my dietary wants.

    We are just here in Portland, Oregon, unfortunately. We are hoping to be able to offer mail order sometime this year, however, so keep checking in! What station did the story air on? I had no idea that little new spot would go beyond the Portland metro area!

    Dear Isaac,

    Thanks for asking! Everything we make is gluten free. Our Pizza Crusts, Sourdough, Seeded, and Teff breads are also vegan and soy free. We make vegan and soy free cupcakes, and our Carrot Walnut bread fits the criteria as well. Our soups are sometimes vegan and soy free, such as the chili we had last week. Our vegan pizza has Daiya cheese on it which is soy free as well.
