Beginning May 30th, our café will offer a more streamlined lunch menu that will focus on doing what we do best-baking, and will reinforce our original vision. Our menu will consist of pizzas and side salads exclusively.

Our pizza crust will be made with our improved recipe and our ingredients will continue to highlight the best that our verdant Willamette Valley has to offer.

Lunch is served from 11am-until we run out of pizzas Monday through Saturday. Our pizza menu changes seasonally, based on what’s available regionally. See below for current offerings!

THIN CRUST PIES: great for sharing or satisfying one healthy appetite!

Vegan: $9.50 Mediterranean – Olive oil-garlic base, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, roma tomato, red onion, with a pesto drizzle.

Margherita: $9.00 Marinara base, fresh mozzarella, light shredded mozzarella, whole basil leaves

Vegetarian: $10.25 Mediterranean: Olive oil-garlic base, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, roma tomato, red onion, light shredded mozzarella, feta, pesto drizzle

SLICE OF THE DAY:  $4.00   This will be a Baker’s Choice featuring a daily rotation of inspired local ingredients, available by the slice until they are gone.

New Cascadia Traditional is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and retail cafe. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at our RETAIL CAFE: eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Our breads  are baked at our WHOLESALE BAKERY facility where products are made on shared equipment with hazelnuts, and we take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination.
