Our Lunch Menu is served from 11am-2pm Monday-Saturday only.

Our lunch menu includes sandwiches, pizza slices & salads.

Our pizza toppings changes seasonally, based on what’s available regionally. See below for current offerings.

SANDWICHES…

TURKEY CLUB: $9.50 sliced roasted turkey breast, bacon, tomato, greens, red onion, swiss cheese, house made aioli on our toasted hamburger bun. Served with Kettle chips & a pickle spear. Substitute chips for small side salad +$2.

GRILLED CHEESE WITH PESTO: $6.25 mix of extra sharp Tillamook cheddar and swiss cheese with house made sunflower seed pesto toasted on our Farmhouse bread. Add tomato +$.50, add bacon +$2.50, add avocado +$1. served with Kettle chips & a pickle spear. Substitute chips for small side salad +$2.

ROASTED VEGGIE SANDWICH: $9 roasted seasonal veggies (rotates daily, see specials board in our cafe), greens, Portland Creamery chevre and house made sunflower seed pesto on our hamburger bun. Vegan option-substitute chevre for vegan cream cheese. served with Kettle chips & a pickle spear. Substitute chips for small side salad +$2.

GREEN SALAD: small $4 or large $6. Organic Spring Mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, house made croutons, creamy balsamic vinaigrette. *Add avocado +$1(small), +$2(large)

BISCUIT SANDWICH: $8.00. Choose between buttermilk biscuit or cheddar chive biscuit +$.25. Aioli, egg patty, greens, tomato, cheese (cheddar, swiss, or feta). Add bacon +$2.50

BAGEL SANDWICH: $7.00. Choose plain, poppy, sesame, everything bagel. Aioli, egg patty, greens, tomato, cheese (cheddar, swiss, or feta). Add bacon +$2.50

LOX BAGEL: $7.50 Bagel of choice, with cream cheese or vegan cream cheese(Tofutti). Served with onions and capers

BAGEL VARIETIES:  Plain, Poppy seed, Sesame seed, Everything(sesame, poppy, onion)

SPREADS: Cream Cheese $.50, Vegan Cream Cheese(Tofutti) $.75, Jam $.75, Earth Balance $.50, Butter

BAGEL ADD ONS: Greens $.50, Tomato $.50, Cucumber $.50, Onion $.50

Whole 18 inch pizzas can be ordered with one hour notice, payment required in advance. Cut in to six slices. Please specify Dine-In or To-Go.

***Pepperoni can be added to any pizza. +$.50 slice, +$2.50 18 inch pizza***

VEGGIE OF THE MONTH: $5.75 slice/$34.50 18 inch. Olive oil, garlic, mozzarella, Seasoned Yukon gold potatoes (salt, pepper, garlic, paprika), yellow corn, scallions

New Cascadia Traditional is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and retail cafe. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at our RETAIL CAFE: eggs, milk, coconut, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Our breads  are baked at our WHOLESALE BAKERY facility, where hazelnuts are processed on shared equipment. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination of this ingredient with our products.
