We are now serving our breakfast sandwiches from open until 2pm every day of the week! Want a bagel sandwich at 1pm? You got it. Biscuit sandwich at noon? It’s yours. Our pizza slices are still going strong 11am-2pm (or until we sell out) Monday-Saturday.

New Cascadia Traditional is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and retail cafe. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at our RETAIL CAFE: eggs, milk, coconut, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Our breads  are baked at our WHOLESALE BAKERY facility, where hazelnuts are processed on shared equipment. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination of this ingredient with our products.
