TURKEY CLUB: $9.50 sliced roasted turkey breast, bacon, tomato, greens, red onion, swiss cheese, house made aioli on our toasted hamburger bun. Served with Kettle chips & a pickle spear. Substitute chips for small side salad +$2.
GRILLED CHEESE WITH PESTO: $6.25 mix of extra sharp Tillamook cheddar and swiss cheese with house made sunflower seed pesto toasted on our Farmhouse bread. Add tomato +$.50, add bacon +$2.50, add avocado +$1. served with Kettle chips & a pickle spear. Substitute chips for small side salad +$2.
ROASTED VEGGIE SANDWICH: $9 roasted seasonal veggies (rotates daily, see specials board in our cafe), greens, Portland Creamery chevre and house made sunflower seed pesto on our rustic baguette. Vegan option-substitute chevre for vegan cream cheese. served with Kettle chips & a pickle spear. Substitute chips for small side salad +$2.

Whole 18 inch pizzas can be ordered with one hour notice, payment required in advance. Cut in to six slices. Please specify Dine-In or To-Go.

New Cascadia Traditional is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and retail cafe. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at our RETAIL CAFE: eggs, milk, coconut, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Our breads are baked at our WHOLESALE BAKERY facility, where hazelnuts are processed on shared equipment. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination of this ingredient with our products.
