INGREDIENTS-Cakeflour blend(white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, brown rice flour), baking powder(xanthan gum, cream of tartar, baking soda), xanthan gum, sea salt, egg, evaporated cane sugar, safflower oil, whole milk(whole milk with vitamin A palmitate and vitamin D3), imitation vanilla extract(water, alcohol (13%), vanillin and other artificial flavorings, citric acid), fresh grated ginger. Peach Jam Filling: peach puree(white peach, cane sugar, citric acid, natural flavor, fruit and vegetable juice for color, ascorbic acid), lemon juice, cane sugar. Vanilla Buttercream: egg whites, evaporated cane sugar, butter, vanilla extract(water, alcohol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives). Decoration: crystalized ginger chips(ginger, cane sugar)
